Where should we even start when it comes to planning?


How do we lock in our booking?

Once we’ve jumped on a call to meet up and chat about package options and dates, we’ll send through a link to your online portal. Here you can view and pay your invoices, sign your contract and fill out questionnaires all in one easy to use location! All we need is a 30% retainer fee to secure your booking.

Get in touch!! From there we will hop on a zoom call, get to know you, chat about your vision and start helping you bring this dream of yours to life.

What happens if the weather is poor?

Throughout the planning stage, we will work with you to create a backup weather plan for your day. Booking an accommodation with a nice property or undercover area always works perfectly as an alternative! We can also be very flexible if the forecast is bad leading up to the day to rearrange your timeline to best suit the weather – especially when eloping with minimal guests.

Can we elope in winter?

Absolutely you can!! Australian Winter (May-September) is actually our favourite time of year for Elopements. The cosy, romantic vibes are flowing, and the soft sunlight makes for the most beautiful shots. Alongside this, the busiest places are completely quiet, meaning more privacy and intimacy for you!

Can you help us find our locations?

Of course! We help all our couples find their dream location and all the necessary components, including accommodation to get ready, ceremony spots, additional portrait/adventure locations and even post elopement celebration spots! You’ll receive a highly researched, all inclusive personalised location guide when you book with us. All you have to do is choose the ones you desire and book them in.

Can you connect us with other vendors?

Absolutely! We love connecting all our couples with vendors. From florists to stylists and celebrants, we’ve worked alongside some incredible people who are super passionate about Elopements and Intimate Weddings! We’ll ask you who or what you might need, and from there we will put together a list of our top recommendations! 

Can you help us organise our trip?

We would love to! With years of travel – both personal and for work – under our belt, we have all the experience to guide you through the full process of planning and organising your trip! Just let us know what you’d like some help with, and we will be happy to assist. From logistics of how to get from the airport to your location, where to stay nearby, or anything else you may need, we’ve got your back.
