This investment allows you to slow down, be present, and trust that the details are handled — so you can focus on what actually matters. The result is an experience that feels intentional and photographs that reflect it honestly.
PRE-Experience
After you get in touch, we’ll reach out to organise a chat and provide some examples of our galleries. From here, we’ll meet to talk through your vision and our packages. To secure your date, all we need is a signed contract and a 30% retainer. Following this, we’ll send you through an in depth planning guide – where you’ll provide all the specifics (or things you’re unsure of). This helps us to provide the best plan possible, including location lists and vendor recommendations. A month or two from the date, we’ll send out a final questionnaire, to confirm details and allow us to put together a comprehensive timeline of the day.
Step One:
Your Special day
After communication throughout the week leading up, we’ll meet you at your chosen location ready to guide you through the day ahead! We’ll make sure to bring our polaroid cameras too, as it means we can get some candid snaps that you can take with you at the end of the day!
Step TWO:
POST-Experience
We’ll send you a sneak peek gallery within a week, followed by the full gallery within 4-6 weeks, where the photos can be saved, shared and passed on directly from the gallery. Fine art wedding albums and USB print boxes will be ready within 90 days of the gallery’s completion. We’ll also ask for any feedback you may have in the form of a review – we always love hearing from you!.

- Choose a location that has special significance to you as a couple. It may be somewhere you’ve never visited, or somewhere you spend plenty of time – either way, significance in your heart is key! (we'll help you find the spot!)
- Select your guest list carefully to include those who are 100% there to support you, cheer you on and add some great value to your day together.
- Personalise your experience to include activities that you love most! If going sightseeing and roadtripping is your favourite way to adventure, hop in the car and let’s make a day of it, stop off at a few spots and get some epic photos along the way! If you both love paddle boarding together, why not start the day in the bay? (we will suggest experiences to personalise your day!)
By making every decision around who you two are, what you love and what feels most authentic to you, it will ensure that the experience is better than you could ever dream.
Can you help us find the perfect location? We’re looking for a secluded place that feels like an adventure.
Part 2 could be the evening, or a separate day where you have a celebration with family and friends. You can have 2 ceremonies, the second being a much less intimate experience involving guests, or you could just have a reception with them. The beauty of an intimate wedding or elopement, is that the choice is all yours! Plus we have packages that perfectly fit multi-day experiences!
If you don’t want to have guests physically present, there are also plenty of options – you could:
- Have them write letters for you to read on the day.
- Video call them at some point throughout the day.
- Bring them along wedding attire shopping with you and get them involved in the fun parts of the planning process.
- You can video the ceremony on your phone so they can relive it, or you could even gift them a photo album or share your photos with them after the day so they can relive it with you.
