Tanglewood Estate
Located on the corner of two of the best street names ever – Upsndowns Road and Bulldog Creek Road – Tanglewood is truly a hidden gem. Despite being nestled in the bushy centre of the Peninsula, it boasts a beautiful sweeping view down to Port Phillip Bay.
50 acres of stunning property, featuring a heart-shaped dam and jetty, a gorgeous country-style garden and 6 acres of vineyards means that there are SO many perfect spots to capture amazing photos and hold the most memorable ceremonies.
Not to mention the rustic barn that makes you feel somehow like you’re at home, but on an adventure at the same time, as well as one of the most beautiful chapels we’ve seen – featuring the most amazing white interior. Other perfect backdrops include their studio and winery area, the options are endless!
The abundance of options at Tanglewood also means that it’s a great place to enjoy your whole day. With the option to book the whole property, you can get ready there, have the ceremony location of your choice, followed by endless portrait and photo ops, dinner and celebrations in the barn or winery, and even a canoe on the dam!
They also offer some great accommodation nearby in Somers, which ties in the whole experience!
Jackalope
Considered by many as preeminent high-end location on the Peninsula, Jackalope, with its 5-star hotel, winery, two restaurants and a world-renowned cocktail bar, boasts some of the most breathtaking views in the region, with sweeping views over rolling vineyards.
The location features a luxury spa, as well as infinity pool, alongside the incredible dining experiences, offering some great opportunities to have an all-inclusive getaway as part of your wedding!

The Old Church, Red Hill
This beautifully restored church in Red Hill is an amazing ceremony spot for your extra special day.
Focusing only on intimate weddings and elopements, The Old Church is a perfectly restored, 107-year-old chapel, with sweeping views over Red Hill and the most stunning gum trees.
The white interior of the chapel is modern, bright and airy, and has a huge window that looks over that incredible view! It’s really the perfect backing to your ceremony.
The age of the building, and the property itself provides a perfect combination of sleekness and character, with a touch of country nostalgia.
Butterfly Red Hill
Another incredible location in Red Hill, Butterfly is a stunning 4-acre property that can provide EVERYTHING you need to create the perfect intimate wedding or elopement.
A gorgeous wedding venue, with farmhouse accommodation, plenty of deck space, and some lovely gardens to give that amazing backdrop for your portraits or ceremony!

Lindenderry
Lindenderry is a gorgeous boutique hotel and winery nestled in the heart of Red Hill.
This amazing venue features a cellar door, with some of the best wines in the Peninsula, an amazing private dining experience, as well as 34 acres of lush vineyards and carefully manicured gardens to enjoy your ceremony or create some beautiful portraits.
We absolutely LOVE the European country style of the property, giving off a high-end, yet homey feel, where everyone is welcome!
All Smiles Sorrento
All Smiles is one of our all-time fave non-traditional wedding venues. Located on the cliffside of Sorrento Back Beach, it is a lovely restaurant and ceremony facility with some of the best views on the Peninsula, with a panoramic outlook of Bass Strait.
Being so close to the beach, it’s a great place to have a reception or ceremony whilst allowing you to get some amazing shots on the sand.
The laid-back beachy vibes are also a major winner. Providing a great experience for those of us who want a wedding day that’s a little more casual and light-hearted!
